foreign participants:
- Please be aware that obtaining a
russian visa is a complex bureaucratic procedure that takes time which,
due to recurrently occurring unexpected problems, is often longer than
normally required. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to take this
bureaucratic question seriously and start taking care of your visa as
early as possible. For all your inquiries please write us.
- Please be aware that
accomodation is a delicate issue in Moscow. Regular hotels in downtown
Moscow are expensive. The organization committee can help you in
booking an accomodation but please contact us as early as possible.
Visas: organizing
committee will provide a visa support for those of you who need a visa.
This means that we will provide you with a special invitation letter
that will allow you to obtain a visa in a russian consulate. This
procedure takes time, therefore please
contact us as soon as possible, before May 1st. We then will
provide you with further instructions.
Transportation: Please inform us about the time/flight of
your arrival/departure. We will try to help you with your
transport between the airport and the city. Be aware that taking a taxi
from the airport is subject to a bargain and may be expensive (up to
$100 and more).
