I will discuss joint work in progress with Pieter Belmans and Swarnava Mukhopadhyay about inter-related questions on the spaces in the title - symplectic geometry and monotone Lagrangian tori, mirror symmetry, decompositions of (quantum) cohomology and K-group, semi-orthogonal decompositions, etc
